Trance mediumship is a profound spiritual practice where a medium enters a deep, altered state of consciousness. In this state, spirit guides or loved ones in spirit can communicate through the medium, using their voices, bodies, and minds to share messages, guidance, or healing energy. The medium may experience shifts in voice, personality, and physical presence, and often remembers little of what occurs. Unlike mental mediumship, where the medium consciously interprets messages, trance mediumship allows spirit to communicate more directly, while the medium always retains control over their body.

We will also explore trance healing—a method of channeling energy to heal yourself and others by connecting with guides, entering altered states, and enhancing communication with the spiritual realm.

The trance mediumship course meets biweekly via Zoom over six months. Students are encouraged to practice regular meditation between lessons. Consistent commitment is essential for meaningful progress and success in this work.
